Add to Cart Is Now Live on Coachli: Let Customers Build Their Own Order
Most selling platforms are built around a single transaction. A customer finds one offering, pays for it, and leaves. That model works, but it limits how much a customer can buy in one visit. Someone who wants your workshop, your digital template, and a one-to-one session has to go through three separate checkouts. Many people will stop after the first one, even when they wanted all three.
Add to Cart changes that. It gives customers a way to collect the offerings they want from your Coachli profile, review their selections, and pay for everything together. It is a small change in the interface, but it reflects a larger idea: customers should be able to explore what you offer and decide how much to buy, not just choose one item and move on.
This matters for creators because the way people buy is shifting. Customers are more likely to browse several things before committing. A creator who sells a course, a digital product, and a coaching session already has a range of offerings that work well together. Add to Cart lets those offerings do that work.
What Add to Cart Lets Customers Do
Customers now see an Add to Cart option on eligible offering pages. Once an offering is in the cart, they can keep browsing your profile and add more items before they are ready to pay.
When they open the cart, they can review everything they have selected, remove anything they no longer want, and see their subtotal before moving forward. When they are satisfied, they proceed to checkout with every item included.
The experience is designed so that exploring your profile feels natural. A customer does not need to commit to a purchase just to see what else you offer.
Buy Now Still Works Exactly as Before
Add to Cart does not replace the direct purchase route. Customers who only want one offering can still choose Buy Now, or Reserve a Spot for live events. Buy Now takes them straight to checkout with that one offering.
Buy Now does not touch anything already saved in the cart. If a customer has three items in their cart and clicks Buy Now on a fourth offering, the fourth item goes through checkout on its own, and the other three remain saved for later.
That gives customers two clear ways to purchase. Buy Now is for a single, immediate decision. Add to Cart is for building a larger order and paying once.
One Checkout for Multiple Offerings
When a customer moves forward from the cart, all selected offerings come together in one checkout. They see an order summary that lists everything they are buying, complete the details required for each offering, and make a single payment for the full order.
If you have set up checkout questions for different offerings, Coachli brings those questions into the same checkout. The customer answers them in one place instead of repeating the process for each purchase. This keeps the experience tidy, and it means you collect the information you need before the order is complete.
Discount Codes Still Apply
Discount codes work with Add to Cart. Customers can apply a code to eligible offerings during checkout, and the order total updates as soon as a valid code is entered.
Each discount is tied to the offering it was created for. A code for one product will not apply to another item in the cart. This keeps your pricing rules precise, even when a customer is buying several things at once.
Carts and Currencies
Coachli links each cart to the currency the customer is shopping in. Offerings added while a customer is shopping in NGN remain in their NGN cart. Offerings added in USD remain in their USD cart.
Customers can switch currencies without losing what they have already added. Their items stay saved, so they can return to the currency they prefer and pick up where they left off. This is useful for creators with customers across different regions, because each buyer can shop in the currency that makes sense for them.
What This Means for Your Business
Add to Cart gives customers more room to explore. They can look at more of your profile, consider what fits their goals, and build an order they feel good about. For creators, this often means higher average order values without any change to your prices.
It also means fewer checkouts for customers to complete. A single payment is simpler to manage on the buyer’s side, and it gives you one clear order to track.
Creators who already offer several products or services will see the most benefit, since customers can now combine them naturally. A creator with a course, a template pack, and a monthly session can present all three as a set the customer assembles themselves.
Add to Cart is available now on eligible offerings. Open your Coachli profile, look at how your offerings appear to a customer, and consider which of them work well together. Some of your strongest combinations may already be sitting in your catalogue.
