Google Meet is now Live on Coachli
With Google Meet now integrated into Coachli, you can connect your Google account once and let Coachli handle the rest.
When you choose Google Meet as the location for a 1:1 session or live event, Coachli automatically creates a unique meeting link for each booking. Your clients can find the link in their confirmation email, reminder emails, and Coachli dashboard.
This means less setup for you and more meeting options for your clients.
Here's how it works
1. One-Click Connection
Head to your Integrations page, find Google Meet, and click Connect. Complete the quick Google OAuth flow, and you're done. Your account is secured and ready to use.
2. Google Meet as a Location Option
When you create a 1:1 session or a live event, Google Meet appears in your location selector right alongside your other options. Select it, and a confirmation note tells you that meeting details will be sent to your customers automatically after booking. That's it.
3. Automatic Link Generation
The moment a client confirms their booking, Coachli generates a unique Google Meet link in the background. No API calls from you. No manual steps. Each booking gets its own link, and the links are never reused, so every session is fresh and separate.
4. Join Buttons Everywhere
Your clients see a Join button in three places:
- Their booking confirmation email
- Session reminder emails (sent before the session)
- Their Coachli dashboard, right next to the session details
They click once and enter the meeting room. You see the same Join button on your side, so you can join from your dashboard or your reminder email without hunting for a link.
5. Add to Calendar
Your clients can add the session directly to their calendar from the confirmation email. One less scheduling headache for them.
6. Graceful Disconnection
If you ever disconnect your Google Meet account, existing bookings keep their Join buttons and they still work perfectly. You just won't be able to use Google Meet for new sessions until you reconnect it. No broken links. No angry clients.
